2.Control system

1.Power Key Switch:Turning the key to the right will power up the vehicle, turning it to the left will disconnect the power.

2.Brush disc switch: when the switch is pulled forward, the brush disc motor drives the brush disc to start. When the switch is pulled backward, the motor is closed.

3.Power Display: show the current battery power, as long as the machine is in the boot state this lamp will be bright, power meter is from right to left for power display, that is, the right for the highest voltage.

4.Water-absorbing switch: when the switch is pulled forward, the water-absorbing motor starts, and when the switch is pulled backward, the motor is closed.

5.Overload protector: divided into brush overload protector and water overload protector, mainly to protect the corresponding motor safety; when the corresponding motor overcurrent or short-circuit, the corresponding overload protector will pop.

 

Warning!!

After finishing the work should be lifted brush disc parts to prevent the deformation and wear of the brush.

After the completion of the operation should be lifted water-absorbent strip parts to prevent deformation of water-absorbent tape.

Do not park the washing machine on the slope.

When climbing over 5% , no more than 50% of the water capacity can be stored in the clear water tank or sewage tank.

 

3.Machine debugging and pre-operation check

3.1 Check before operation

1.Check the appearance for cleanliness. Note: Do not use this machine in flammable and explosive environments. 

2.Check the battery connection is good, to prevent short-circuit fault.

3.Use the key to open the machine, and check whether the power is sufficient, if the power is too low, please do not continue to use, the machine, should immediately turn off the power, and charge the battery, before use must make sure that the battery is fully charged.

4.Check that the disc brush or needle holder is properly installed.

5.Check whether the suction rake assembly is installed correctly (the rubber strip has been installed) .

6.Make sure the sewage tank is free of dirt.

 

3.2 Machine debugging

3.2.1 Brush installation

1.Make sure the machine is still and the brush motor is turned off.

2.Step down the brush lifting rod (see the schematic diagram of the whole structure) and lift the brush assembly off the ground. Take out the randomly equipped disc brush, and the disc brush card button at the bottom of the disc brush motor flange button, and hand brush to the left rotation, installed in both hands off the disc brush can not fall into the qualified.

3.Then step down the brush lifting rod will brush components can be put to the ground.

4.If you need to use the needle plate, please first put the cleaning pad on the needle plate, and then perform the same installation with the disk, brush.

Recommendations!!

In the use of the washing machine when working, every minute to 55-65 meters of speed for cleaning the best.

 

3.2.2 Installation of water rake assembly

1.First, the water rake fixing plate assembly is lifted off the ground。

2.Unscrew the middle two handlebars of the water pick component, and place the water pick component in the fixing plate of the water pick and the clamping groove.

3.Insert the suction hose into the corresponding mouth of the water skid assembly. (see the schematic diagram of the whole structure)

4.Lock the hydraulic pick-up assembly on the fixing plate, then lift the hydraulic pick-up board, place the locked hydraulic pick-up assembly on the ground, pull the suction press forward, turn on the suction motor, and check whether the pressure of the rubber strip on the ground is reasonable, and make appropriate adjustments.

 

3.2.3 Fill the water tank with water

1.The front is a barrel-type water inlet. When adding water, remove the water tank cover of the clear water inlet.

2.The rear side is provided with a hose water injection hole, and the rear water injection hole is arranged above the water scale pipe mouth. (see whole machine, corresponding schematic diagram of construction)

 

Tips!!

When using buckets to fill water, make sure the buckets are clean.

 

4.Machine operation

Once the check is complete, you can begin work.

1. Check the water quantity of the water scale pipe, if the water quantity is insufficient, should first add the right amount of water after the operation. 

2.Cover the water tank cover to ensure that the correct cover, and form a preliminary seal.

3.Cover the sewer pipe and place it in the sewer pipe clamp.

4.Press the pedal as instructed and place the brush on the floor.

5.Put down the Gripper Plate and place the gripper assembly on the ground.

6.Open the water valve and adjust it to the proper water level. (see the corresponding schematic diagram of the whole structure of the water scale pipe) .

7.Press the disc brush motor switch, start the disc brush motor, pay attention to whether there is abnormal and abnormal sound, if there is abnormal, or abnormal sound, should immediately close the power supply.

8.Press the suction motor switch, start the suction motor, pay attention to whether there is abnormal and abnormal sound, if there is abnormal, or abnormal sound, should be immediately closed power supply.

9.Push the machine forward, that is, the use of automatic washing machine for the ground cleaning. To stop the cleaning work, please close the water valve first, and then lift up the tray brush and the water rake.

 

5.During operation of the machine

1.When working on slopes or slippery ground, please operate at a low speed, and do not work on slopes over 3 degrees.

2.After the whole machine starts, to keep walking, so as not to damage the ground.

3.If the wiper assembly leaves drag marks on the ground after absorbing water, wipe the wiper strip with a cloth to remove garbage. Please carry out the cleaning operation on the areas that need to be cleaned in advance to avoid drag marks

4.If there is too much foam in the sewage tank, please pour the defoaming liquid into the sewage tank in time for defoaming.

5.In the use of the process, to observe the power indicator at any time, when the red light flashing, the battery is about to enter the over-play state, should stop to continue work, please recharge in time.

6.In the use of the process, to observe at any time the power display table, the voltage to 20.4 V, the power meter at the end of a stop flashing, voltage to 20V, the drive also stopped working. It is recommended to consider charging when the battery indicator is displayed in the second left panel.

7.When the fresh water in the clear water tank is used up, turn off the disc brush motor and the water valve, and lift the disc brush, keep working until the ground sewage is sucked up, then close the suction motor and lift the water rake component.

 

6.After the machine is finished

6.1 Sewage tank drainage

1.After each cleaning work or re-adding water to the clean water tank, the sewage in the sewage tank should be discharged, dry and clean the sewage tank.

2.Remove the drain pipe, remove the cover, and drain in a bucket or drain.

3.Open the cover of the sewage tank and wash the inside of the sewage tank with clean water.

4.Clean the float screen in the sewage tank.

5.Clean the full water protector in the sewage tank. Self-drive

 

Warning!!

When the clear water tank again filled with water, such as sewage tank is not drained, foam or water may enter the floating device inside the damaged suction, water motor.

 

6.2 Drain the water tank

The cistern should be drained and cleaned after each cleaning operation.

1.Open the ball valve near the left rear wheel of the clear water tank, so that all the water in the clear water tank discharge.

2.Unscrew the transparent cover of the filter assembly to discharge the clear water in the clear water tank. Please clean the screen in the filter.

 

Tips!!

When the clear water tank again filled with water, such as sewage tank is not drained, foam or water may enter the floating device inside the damaged suction, water motor.

 

6.3 Charge the battery

1.Place the Charger and machine in a well-ventilated place.

2.Turn off the machine.

3.Insert the DC output end of the charger into the charging port of the machi.

4.Plug the Charger's AC power cord into a well-grounded power outlet.

5.The charger starts charging automatically, and if the battery is fully charged, the charger will automatically turn off.

6.At the end of the charge, unplug the plug connected to the AC power supply and then unplug the output end of the charger from the machine.

 

Warning!!

When charging the machine, the original charger with the vehicle must be used.

 

7 、Cleaning system

Cleaning system by the motor, cleaning brush, and spray system composed of a complete cleaning system.

Warning!!

In the boot cleaning work, must not stay in the same place rotation, long stay in the same place, will be the ground, scrub damage.

7.2 Method

The brush plate lifting mechanism of the floor washing machine adopts the automatic lifting mode for operation. After pressing the button and pulling it slightly to the right and releasing the foot, the brush disc part is placed on the ground. At this time, the brush disc button on the panel is activated again, and the brush disc starts to rotate, the brush disc rotates, and when the work starts, the water in the clear water tank also flows out of the water tank automatically. To stop the brush, just lift the brush and turn off the brush switch.

7.4 Maintenance

1.When the washing machine stands still for a long time, the washing brush should be lifted to avoid the deformation of the bristles, which will affect the effect of the next cleaning.

2.In the cleaning work, to timely remove the brush bristles on the metal winding, to reduce the load brush motor, while avoiding damage to the ground consistency, improve the overall work efficiency.

3.Should avoid cleaning lime,cement,sulfuric acid and other easily solidified, flammable objects.

 

8、 Water absorption system

8.1 Schematic diagram

1.Compression spring: directly connected with the chassis of the frame and the rotating swing arm of the water rake, so that the water rake assembly has the function of adding and pressing.

8.2 Method

The lifting mechanism of the water raking component of the floor washing machine adopts the manual lifting mode for operation. After putting down the lifting handle at the bottom of the console, the hydraulic pick parts are placed on the ground, then the panel is activated, the water suction button is pressed, and the water suction motor starts to absorb water. This washing machine needs to turn off the water-sucking motor first, wait for the water-sucking motor to shut down, and then the water rake component upgrade.

8.3 Water Rake adjustment

With the extension of the use of water, rubber strip wear, water absorption effect will have a certain impact, in order to achieve a thorough removal of stains, the following need to be adjusted.

1.The height of the two supporting Cardan wheels behind the water rake should be adjusted to the same height. When at rest, it should be suspended from the ground at a distance of about 2mm-3mm.

2.The serial number (4) is rotated until the rear adhesive strip is tightly pressed against the ground.

8.4 Strip replacement

The adhesive strip is a rectangular edge, four sides are fully used, and then replace.  

1.Release the pressure plate which is pressed on the front and back strips.

2.Remove the front and back strips.

3.Take out the new tape as needed.

4.Install the new tape in the order you just removed it.

 

Maintenance tips!!

After each floor cleaning, the water raking assembly needs to be lifted and the adhesive strip needs to be cleaned.

 

9、Water system

1、Clear Water Tank: is one of the core accessories of the whole vehicle storage clean ground water.

2、Ball valve switch: installed in the left side of the front wheel, used to adjust the amount of water. 

3、Filter: mounted on the right side of the front wheel to filter impurities from the water system.

4、Solenoid valve: installed on the upper part of the brush disc assembly to control the water switch.

5、Water outlet: located in the middle of the brush tray, the supply brush cleaning process of water.

9.2 Method

The whole vehicle water system and the cleaning system are designed to work synchronously. When the brush disc motor is rotating, the water outlet is turned on by default; when the brush disc motor stops working, the water outlet is automatically closed. When the amount of water does not meet the requirements, can be adjusted by the ball valve switch water.

10.2 Battery maintenance

1.The system is powered by 46V maintenance-free batteries in series and the system voltage is 24V.

2.When the machine work for a period of time, the battery power will drop, when the last grid of the power indicator flashing light, indicating that the power display is insufficient, to charge in tim.

3.For battery maintenance, please wear protective gloves to avoid contact with battery acid.

4.The top of the battery and electrodes to be anti-corrosion treatment, with a soda brush repeatedly wiped, but not, you have to pour this solution into the battery.

5.Check whether the battery connection is worn and loose contact parts, if necessary, please replace.

6.The battery power output terminal, should be kept clean and dry, can not have debris and dust covered on top of the battery is extremely unfavorable, will shorten the life of the battery or even burn the battery.

 

Tips!!

In order to make the battery have a long life, when the machine should be charged after the end of work, do not make the battery for a long time in the discharge state.

 

Warning!!

Deep discharge will reduce the capacity of the battery and shorten its service life.

Because the battery will release hydrogen gas, so you have to keep the battery box open when charging, and away from the spark or fire, to prevent the release of hydrogen battery danger.
